The method is an integration of Socrates, Aristotle, Plato, Stoicism & CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and can be applied by anyone, who is willing to answer the questions that I ask you in this video.

Γειά σας. Τον Νοέμβριο έγινε ένα περιστατικό με τον πατέρα μου, μου είπε να φέρω κάτι από το αμάξι αλλά εγώ έφερα κάτι άλλο και νευρίασε και με έβρισε και με είπε καθυστερημένο. Εγώ νευριασα πάρα πολύ εκείνη την ώρα, ήθελα να τον καταγγείλω για bullying. Αλλά τελικά δεν έκανα τίποτα απλά συνέχισα την δουλειά μας...
