Life is all about the continuous effort required for #overcoming #challenges. This is not a #meditation about '10 Ways to Overcome Challenges in Life '. I go much deeper in our guided meditation. I speak about Christ and Stoicism, which have some similarities in their teaching. Some have told me that they get #ASMR tingles when they hear my relaxing #femalevoice that makes them #fallasleep and that makes me very happy because you can learn during your sleep #hypnosis #hypnolearning. The Greek philosophers called this #hypnagoia and it will slip into your subconscious. Slowly you will transform into a deeply peaceful and calm person and you will become unshakable like the #Stoics. That's what Epictetus believed about achieving #Happiness or #Eudaimonia .

It was a pleasure to receive this video message from STEVE WOZNIAK co-founder of APPLE, who LOVES MY BOOK, "From Fear To Freedom" about GREEK PHILOSOPHY. I was so amazed, when he said, " "Alkistis you are a hero to me. I hope you see me as a representative of your book." ! Today, I am going to speak about how you can let more love into your life. First, I will share with you, some ideas about how to increase the amont of love you are experiencing, Then I will do very powerful exercise with you, to open up to UniversalLove, and allow it to flow into your heart and your whole body.
There are several ways to renew Love in your life… For example you can spend more time in nature Go walking or hiking in nature. Enjoy a sunset. Find and enjoy the sound of fresh flowing water. Closely examine the beauty of a single rock or leaf. Build a fire. Hang a wind chime. Start a few plants indoors. Any number of simple activities can reconnect us with nature. The most important part is noticing the beauty of the natural world, allowing yourself to be awestruck, and falling in love with nature all over again. This is one surefire way to experience sweet, simple, almost effortless love. You can practice random acts of kindness. This could be as small as opening a door for someone or paying for a stranger’s cup of coffee or as big as spending an entire day in service to a project that is close to someone else’s heart. When we give to others, we experience joy vicariously through them, and this leads us to experience deeper levels of empathy on a regular basis. Giving also allows us to experience human connection instantly and deeply. This one is a particularly good antidote for feelings of loneliness. And what about who is keeping you company? It’s no secret that we often behave like the company we keep. Children and animals frequently enjoy living their lives with open hearts simply by virtue of their innocence. Even children and animals who have been hurt seem to exude an incredible resilience that we can learn quite a bit from. Try letting a child lead you around for a few hours. Get on the floor and experience the world from their perspective. Snuggle with your dog or cat, feel their energy, and let go of all your adult thoughts for awhile. You will feel warm and fuzzy inside… Another way of awakening love in you, is that you can practice forgiving. Whether you’re forgiving yourself or someone else, letting go is an incredible heart-opening exercise. The regrets and fears associated with holding on to past hurts weigh us down on a daily basis and sap our energy, making it more difficult for us to love ourselves and others freely. When you let go, you free yourself to love again and you may even be giving someone else a little more room to change for the better. Sometimes you feel so stuck or resentful, that you can’t seem to forgive the other person. That’s when I always remember what the Greek philosopher Plato taught, “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle.” When you feel resentment towards someone, try to imagine that they have some deep trauma that they are dealing with, that’s much worse than anything you have ever gone through. This meditation is to open and awaken your heart center. Get in a comfortable position & watch video. At the end, if you found it useful, please like, comment, share, subscribe & SUPPORT via PATREON.COM Stoic Writer & Educator, Kathryn Koromilas interviewed me last winter about how I got involved with Stoicism.
