From 1995 to 2001 I lived in a tent with only solar power for electricity, on the Greek island of Evoia. We were 'grass-roots' ecologists , growing our own vegetables and washing our own clothes back then...living a Stoic lifestyle...Is it time to go back?

I wasn't alone, we were a group of four founders (from Greece and Germany), but others came to join us from Norway, Scotland and the USA...It was very harsh living but we had a vision of building an ecovillage...see video and find out more.
