I recently saw a great TEDx talk by Harvard Business School Professor Clay Christensen. He was speaking about how will value our life in the end, where he said, "It's actually really important that you succeed in life, it it isn't going to be the measure of your life."
Progress in your career does not necessarily mean progress of your own life.
It is through daily decisions that we define our success.
These decisions are based on your values i.e. what you value most.
I want you to think about what are your top values?
(Love-Connection? Growth? Uncertainty-Adventure? Contribution? Significance? etc)
