thus begins lesson 13 of the over 2,000 year-old Manual for Living i.e. "The Enchiridion" based on the teachings of Greek-Stoic philosopher, Epictetus.

In today's guided meditation, we focus on this lesson so that we can learn to choose our battles and be a lot more effective in winning the 'long-game' of life.
