When you feel anger, how do you express your anger? Do you bottle it up inside? Or do you explode without restraint? I think we have all said and done things in a fit of anger that we later regretted. I know I have ! So what can we do to make sure we don’t mess things us with our anger? Aristotle, the famous Greek philosopher… Was the first to look at anger from a scientific standpoint; He analyzed the physical side-effects of anger on our health and the negative repercussions it may have on our relationships. Yet, he was the first philosopher to say that expressing anger is actually perfectly fine and natural, as long as it's done in the right way. There is an art to expressing anger, if you want to enjoy a high quality of life. He actually said that: "Anybody can become angry - that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way - that is not within everybody's power and is not easy."
