Viktor Frankl the great psychiatrist, who survived the concentration camps, wrote in his book, "Man's Search For Meaning", that the key to happiness is to have a purpose in our life.
In today's video, you will view a part of a seminar that I taught in Greece this summer, about creating purpose through imagining our future based on what we value most.
The future vision is about getting a clear idea of what your ideal vision of your future is. It defines what Aristotle called your “Telos”, the end state that you want to achieve.
This exercise will help you define this future vision of yourself with precision, so as to help you take your decision. Decision means precision. Precision focuses our energy.
