The topic of my weekly Wednesdays live Q&A #group coaching is that relationships are the medium through which value is transacted. Some people shoo this definition because it runs counter to the felt experience of their own relationships. However, this could be due to the fact that their relationships are functional. In a good relationship, the transaction is invisible. It's generally only when things get out of balance that this tacit arrangement is brought into the light.
