- Guests arriving individually from 9 am to 7pm
- Welcome drink (infusion of Greek mountain herbs) or Greek coffee.
- Opening Ceremony 7 pm (with fire, sage & frankincense)
- Sacred Circle of 'Sharing' our intention for the retreat

Day 2

Theme "Meeting with the Goddesses; introduction to the 7 'Archetypes' & The Golden Goddess Within" from my book:

- Wake up, in SILENCE, herbal tea, Hatha yoga session
- Sharing & analyzing about our dreams last night
- Big breakfast prepared by all of us together
- Excursion to the Acropolis to the Temple of Athena: The Parthenon where we do "energy work".
- Lunch at the New Acropolis Museum & tour of the Museum afterwards...
- Return home for siesta, relaxation.
- Prepare Greek Meal all together
- 'Symposium' with Greek wine. Webster's Definition: a convivial party (as after a banquet in ancient Greece) with music and conversation on a particular topic that we vote on ONE such as Sex, Money, Death, Goddesses, Love, Career etc...
- Guided Inner Oddyssey to Meet the Golden Goddess Within (meditation)
- Journal writing

Day 3

Theme " Feel like a Goddess Every day: Body, Mind & Soul"

- Wake up, in SILENCE, herbal tea, Hatha yoga session
- Sharing & analyzing about our dreams last night
- Big breakfast prepared by all of us together
- Excursion to the Temple of Artemis & Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion by the SEA (90 minutes away from Athens) - On the way back: Lunch at a Taverna by the seashore...
- Apollo Divani SPA Entry fee & use of hot-pools is included in price (see below) but private massage costs (an extra70 euro)
- Return home: Light Vegetable Soup for dinner (Let's do some detox ladies !!!)
- Sappho Poetry Evening (where we read & discuss the love poems of the famous ancient Greek poetess from the Lesbos)

Day 4

Theme "Divine Connection "
-Activities for "Divine Connection" on the Hill of the Muses.
-Lunch at home (we all prepare it)
-Silence & meditation until dinner.
-Candle-light dinner.

Day 5

Theme "Inner Shift"
-Wake up, in SILENCE, herbal tea, Hatha yoga session
-Day will be spent at our home, relaxing, going inwardly with exercises that will allow you to return to your country empowered, with a new sense of purpose.
-Lunch at the nearby (20 minutes walk) Archeological museum.
-Return home for more exercise, this time with video-camera.
-Champagne at the Grande Bretagne Hotel, winter garden.
-Closing ceremony at home.

Day 6 FREE DAY* Added bonus: Stay an extra night if you like. You can go to the nearby islands of Aegina, Hydra & Poros on a one day cruise (see this link for price) or other ancient sites/shopping in Athens.

More Details

- Cost: 950 euro (1,250 USD) per person ALL INCLUSIVE.
- CASUAL DRESSING : I WILL BE IN MY 'JUICY' JOGGING SUIT MOST OF THE TIME, and at home, we will be wearing LONG KAFTANS (which I have a closet full, newly DRY CLEANED for us to SHARE)
- MEALS: We will be preparing some meals together at home to learn Greek recipes from the books of Greek food guru, Diane Kochilas.
- There is a house-maid, for your laundry, washing up and other help.
- For your Mobile Phone, Plugs in Europe are different: There is ONE "multi-plug"
- There is WI-FI available.

-Rooms are shared by 2 women per room
-Shared bathrooms (there are 2 large bathrooms with bath & shower).
