Here is the secret of a private coaching session: It works because most of us take little time to reflect on our lives. When was the last time you thought about your priorities and how best to translate them to real action? Or review your values and see them reflected both at work and at home? Or asked yourself why you are exhausted and figured out what was going to change tomorrow to make it better? Coaching is about getting what you want and need today, it brings out your best thinking, supports you, helps you articulate and really see what you want.
Normal rates for appointments in person:
Euro 150 (210 USD) per hour. For the first 3 sessions. After this, if we continue, we can come to an arrangement depending on the frequency of sessions.
Consultations via normal Telephone, or Skype
Euro 100 (110 USD) per hour per hour Consultations can also be done via telephone. Consultation sessions (lasting one hour each) can be paid for, via secure PayPal payment methods. (Alkistis will send you a PayPal request for payment, once you have sent her an email requesting a consultation over email: see below).
If you live abroad (or even in Greece, outside Athens) it makes sense to use Skype, a program that allows you to talk to other people for free, via your computer (you should have a DSL connection).
