Would you like to stop worrying so much?
A limited amout of worry is healthy-without any concerns,
we’d sink into a state of passivity and possibly recklessness.
However, as I share in today's episode, when I turned 50 recently, I realized that the only thing I truly regret in my life so far, is wasting my time and energy on worrying needlessly...Here are the 3 strategies which I am doing for myself, and recommending for you to do too:
First, make a decsion to reduce worry and anxiety.
Second wake up early every morning, at the break of dawn.
