About me 

Professional Path...

I studied International Banking & Finance at the Chartered Institute of Bankers in London's City and my career began in Corporate Finance. I felt deeply unfulfilled in this career however and decided to leave this secure & promising career after a life-changing event in Delphi, when I understood that my true passion was in coaching and training people to discover their full potential.

I deeply espoused Aristotle's view that "An unmeditated life is not worth living" and in the "Pursuit of Happiness (deep fulfillment) is every human being's true purpose and right..." so I embarked a passionate odyssey in a quest of "Self-Realization". 

I travelled & lived throughout the world ( Turkey, France, Italy, Germany....) In order to 'make a living', I made the transition in careers by working as an executive trainer and coach teaching Neuro-Linguistic Programming, at first only for banks, and later for other multinational companies. Later on, I returned to university, as a mature student to study Integrative Psychotherapy (Middlesex University).

I was passionate for knowledge of every kind, especially to learn practical methods and techniques to help in  breaking self-limiting or negative  'though-routines', and 'habits'. My interests led me to research into many fields as psychology, mythology, spirituality,  neuroscience, metaphysics and philosophy. I earned my Doctor of Philosophy, specializing in 'Transpersonal Counseling' in 2008.

I developed my own unique signature coaching method which is based a 'personality-type' code hidden  within the 'secret language' of ancient Greek Mythology; The Golden Goddess Method has been created exclusively for Empowering Women to "Awaken to the Inner Golden Goddess" ie A deep source of infinite wisdom, love and power-essentially accessing our most "Excellent" Self ie our Authentic True 'Divine' Self. 

I help my clients to see their life from the point of view of this Golden Goddess, who is WITNESSING their life from 'above', through the eyes of wisdom & love... 

Every problem is an opportunity for growth. Together, we will put together your LIFE MOVIE (based on old photographs) so that you can get the OVERVIEW of your life so far. You will gain insights into your current frustrations. We will add new photos (sometimes with the help of PHOTOSHOP) in order to get a clear picture of your IDEAL FUTURE...ie one that you  will LOVE and feel PASSIONATE about...

This method is based on NLP (Neuro-lingustic Programming)

I have consciously chosen not to become a 'biological' mother, and instead, to dedicate my life to being a 'MOTHER' 
to ORPHANS, as a volunteer at PIKPA, one day each week.

What inspires me:

Ever since I was a young girl, I was exposed to ancient Greek Mythology and I was fascinated by the characters of powerful Olympian goddesses such as Athena, Artemis, Hera, Aphrodite, Demeter and Hestia, and a whole series of other Greek heroines, who were my first role-models. These super-heronines seemed to be telling me "Look, you have choices, you can be a mother, a warrior, a queen, a businesswoman...You can excel in any path you choose and can make a real difference in the world".

I am thrilled and excited to work with brilliant, talented, exceptional women from all over the world, who are just like you, and who understand that life is not a dress-rehearsal. Life is a theater in which we are the protagonists of our own living legend.

We are here to grow through our challenges and to transform into the fabulous goddesses that we were born to become and to let our Light SHINE. And, as Marianne Williamson writes in her book, A Return to Love, “ …As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people the permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
